Okay, vacation's over. Time to blog. Shadowfax is posting like 4 political posts/day and Happy Hospitalist is looking to kill psych patients with exercise. This must be offset by you. Only you can save the medical blogosphere now. I've been trying, but I can't do it alone.
Oh how I would have loved to lye beneath that tree and warm this cold Iowa body, you lucky devil you!!

Florida beaches and the ocean looked like that when I moved down here in 1977.
Now they pretty much look and smell like a landfill. I hope Hawaii is still as nice as the picture.
