The Veterinarian

"My cat has bumps on it."
It took me a few seconds to understand what she meant.
Did she say "calf?" Maybe she had some ant bites or something.
Nope, it was her cat. And it was foaming at the mouth too.
Time to put it down. That's a sick cat.

Oh, my. It's so ANGRY.
Did it have hydrophobia? (No, not rabies...I meant fear of soap and water.)
Platonic friends. I feel Chris' pain. I have had far too many gorgeous, single women friends who want me as a shopping buddy or somebody to blab at on the phone and DON'T want the Scott lovin'! I hate it!
*snort*
That's sad.
That is grossitating. I do have to say, though, 'cat' is a better nickname than the other feline euphemism, which has always felt slimy to me. Isn't 'chat' French slang for the same thing? Maybe this poor young woman was just bilingual and having trouble with her translation.../sarcasm
Ok...I guess Bajingoland glitter girl was a little slow on the uptake here...and you weren't talking about rabies??? ;) (I had that series once-1st shot - ouch!)
'the friend zone"...that's funny! :)
anne,
The French slang for *that* is "chatte" (fem. version of chat).
French Slang 101 ;-)
