BUT HIS CHEST PAIN WAS 12/10, MonkeyGirl, and you can do nothing but MOCK?!?!? What kind of nurse are you!! You unsympathetic hag!
An sympathetic nurse would skip all that morphine and go straight to the nitro drip! Every time he complains of pain, just turn it up another 5 mcg/min until you decide you don't feel like turning it up any longer. THIS IS WHAT A SYMPATHETIC NURSE WOULD DO.
